Room rates at the Morning Glory range from $200 to $300 per night plus sales taxes that total 9.5%. At times, special low winter and midweek multi-day rates are also available.

A two-night minimum applies from May 15-November 15 on weekends only, except holiday weekends when there is a three-night minimum. Further, depending on current demand during the off-season, one-night Saturday-only reservations may not become available until the week prior to arrival in order to accommodate guests requesting two-night stays.

Reservations must be confirmed with a deposit of 50% of the cost of the room for multiple night stays. For one-night stays, full payment must be made in advance as a deposit. In case of a cancellation: If notification is received 14 days prior to reserved stay, a full refund will be made, less a $50 administration fee. Further, there are no refunds on early departures.

Check-in is between 3 and 7 pm unless prior arrangements are made. Please confirm your reservation 24 hours in advance so that we may welcome you personally.

Checks, money orders, cash and credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, American Express) are accepted.

We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests' pets, however, should you require the need for pet companionship, our cat Mischi will be happy to be your surrogate pet!

We love children. However, we recognize that many guests come to B&Bs for the peace and quiet, and for rest and relaxation. Therefore, children over the age of 12 are welcome at any time, but younger children are welcome only if you reserve all three rooms during your stay. In that event, the Morning Glory can serve as a great place for your next family vacation. The town of Greenport offers many activities suitable for children, including the beach, the Carousel and the Ice Skating Rink to name a few.
