3 Reasons to Eat Cherries:
- They are low in calories and rich in antioxidants. Cherries strengthen your body's defenses. They have cancer-fighting qualities that help fight free radicals, they help protect against cardiovascular disease, aging and neurological diseases, and they also help reduce total body inflammation.
- Cherries are rich in vitamins, phytonutrients, minerals and fiber. They are a good source of vitamins A and C and fiber and can help improve overall health.
- Cherries contain melatonin, which has soothing effects on the brain neurons and nervous system and can help relieve neurosis, insomnia and headaches.
What's not to love about that?!
